Terms
Aldor is operated under individual contracts between you and PflegeHelfer24 GmbH. The headline points are below — you get the full contract text before signing.
01 Scope
Provision of the Aldor software-as-a-service in the plan you choose (Klein, Standard or Pro). Includes hosting, updates, support and backups.
02 Term and cancellation
You choose monthly or annual billing. Monthly cancels at end of month, annual at end of term. No two-year minimum, no automatic renewal into a second year. Cancellation is informal, by email.
03 Pricing and changes
Prices are published on the website and are net, plus statutory VAT. Aldor raises prices at most once per year, with at least 90 days' notice. Existing contracts run at the agreed price until end of minimum term.
04 Your data
Your data is yours. You can export it as CSV or JSON at any time. At contract end you receive a full export. We delete your data 30 days after contract end unless you say otherwise.
05 Liability
We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence; for slight negligence only for breach of essential contractual duties and limited to typically foreseeable damages. Data loss through our backups is limited to recovery effort.
06 Jurisdiction and applicable law
German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Berlin, to the extent legally permissible.
