Our mission

Position

We build software that fits Alltagshilfen — not everything.

Running an Alltagshilfe is a small act of heroism. You organise helpers who need to be in the right place at the right time. You look after clients, their families, their Pflegekassen. You take care of billing, payroll, contracts, documentation. You usually do all of this between calls, with a tax advisor on the phone and an Excel sheet that's been too big for a long time.

Aldor exists so your day is doable again. One app instead of six tools. One login instead of half a dozen. One model where everything that belongs together actually fits together: what you record on a client, the schedule knows. What the helper documents, billing sees. What billing produces goes to the tax advisor — without you sitting in the middle.

And wherever software can already think ahead, Lotte thinks alongside you. She drafts emails to relatives, spots scheduling conflicts, summarises client notes, replans a sick day. She changes nothing without your click. She suggests — you decide.

Three promises

What we guarantee.

Fast, safe, open — three things that are in our contract. Not just in our manifesto.

01

01 · Fast

Every action feels like a switch, not a loading wheel. Slow is a bug.

02

02 · Safe

Client data encrypted before disk. Hosting in Germany. No access without your approval.

03

03 · Open

A real API. Data exportable, any time. No lock-in.

Aldor is built for the owner sitting in a small office at seven in the morning, distributing 14 visits across 5 helpers. For the dispatcher who gets the first sick report right after that. For the helper accompanying Frau M. to the cardiologist and not yet knowing whether she's had breakfast this morning. For the relatives who want to know how their parent is doing. For all of them.
