Privacy
We treat your data and your clients' data the way we'd want our own treated. Below is a short overview — the full data-processing agreement is part of every Aldor contract.
01 Controller

02 Purpose of processing
We process your data only to operate Aldor for you — client records, scheduling, documentation, billing, payroll preparation. No advertising, no sharing with third parties, no profiling.
03 Where your data lives
Hetzner Online GmbH in Nuremberg and Falkenstein. Both data centres are ISO-27001 certified. Backups stay in Germany. No data transfer outside the EU.
04 How we protect your data
Client names, addresses, notes and Pflegegrade are encrypted before they're written to disk. The decryption key isn't in the database. Even in the case of a database theft, the data would be unreadable.
05 How long we keep it
Client data and documents during the contract term, plus statutory retention periods (10 years for billing- and tax-relevant data, 6 months to 10 years for other care documentation). At contract end you get a full export; afterwards we delete your data per the agreement.
06 Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability — any time by email to info@aldor.ai. We respond within 14 days, usually much faster.
You also have the right to complain to a data-protection supervisory authority — for us, the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
