Aldor is built by PflegeHelfer24 GmbH — the Berlin-based care brokerage that has been working with over 700 providers across Germany since 2023. We know the people we're building the software for.
We're building the software we always wished our partner providers had.
PflegeHelfer24 has been matching care and Alltagshilfe services with families since 2023. Over 700 providers are in our network today — around 400 of them are Alltagshilfen recognised under § 45a SGB XI. Most are small businesses doing cleaning, household help, and accompaniment.
What we hear again and again — the software our partners use today is hard to operate, expensive, and old. Some pay tens of euros per employee per month. Some still type up paper slips at the end of the month. Aldor is the answer to that — built by people who know the problems from the brokerage side.

You're an ambulant Pflegedienst
Aldor is built for Alltagshilfen under § 45a SGB XI — cleaning, household, accompaniment, supervision. If your employees deliver wound care or medication, specialised Pflegedienst software is the right tool. We recommend vendors in the first call.

You don't have five clients yet
Up to five clients with one employee, a spreadsheet does the job. Aldor pays off when Pflegekassen billing and scheduling start taking real time — usually around the sixth employee. Save the monthly fee until then.

You want to resell Aldor
Aldor is sold directly to Alltagshilfen. No consultant networks with their own margin, no white-label resellers. We want to know who's using our software — so we can answer when something breaks.
