Payroll and bookkeeping export in DATEV LODAS / Kanzlei-Rechnungswesen format. Imports directly, gapless invoice numbering.
finAPI
PSD2 bank reconciliation. Aldor reads your transactions, matches self-payer remainders, and shows open items.
BaFin-licensed account information service.
SEPA pain.008
Direct debits for self-payer remainders. Aldor builds the pain.008 XML, you upload it to your bank.
Lexware
Export for Lexware Lohn+Gehalt — when your tax advisor uses Lexware instead of DATEV.
Pflegekassen and care system
Connections to the German care system.
Aldor works with the interfaces the German care system actually uses. We won't bolt on US-style standards if they don't fit — and we do connect when a German standard exists.
Pflegekassen aggregate invoice
§ 45b aggregate invoice to the Pflegekasse, with the assignment. PDF and electronic delivery, depending on the carrier.
IK number lookup
Aldor recognises the Pflegekasse automatically from the IK number — built-in, regularly updated reference data.
ePA connection
Electronic Patient Record — planned for 2026, once the industry allows Alltagshilfe access.
Communication
Mailbox, without a tools stack.
Aldor sends and receives email through your existing mail server. No second inbox, no shared Slack.
SMTP plus IMAP
Aldor sends through your SMTP server and reads incoming replies via IMAP. Per-client correspondence linked automatically.
WhatsApp Business API
Helper and family communication via WhatsApp Business — planned once Meta's GDPR coverage extends to our use case.
Infrastructure
Where Aldor runs.
We host Aldor ourselves on Hetzner servers in Germany. Cloudflare does DNS only — no reverse proxy with US data flow.
Hetzner Cloud + Object Storage
Hosting for web, worker, database, backups. Sites Nuremberg and Falkenstein, ISO-27001 certified.
Google Cloud (Frankfurt)
AI suggestions in Aldor (Gemini) and tour routing (Maps Routing). EU region, no model-training data, client names masked before being passed along.

REST API v1
Over 60 documented endpoints. OAuth tokens, idempotency, RFC 9457 errors, cursor pagination.
Webhooks
Aldor pushes event-driven webhooks to your endpoints — visit.signed, invoice.paid, employee.contract_signed.
AI agent tokens
Special token types for AI integrations. read, propose, or forbidden per endpoint — with clinical_guardrail markers.
